Refund Policy

In all your dealings with Hargreaves First Aid Ltd we want you to be entirely satisfied with the training services and first aid products we provide, and with that in mind please read this refund policy and refer to it should you ever feel a refund is warranted.

Training Courses

If you feel the level of training did not meet with your expectations and would like a refund please send an email to nick@h4firstaidtraining.co.uk using the email address you used to place your order/booking stating the course, venue and date you attended and a full refund will be issued.

If you cannot attend a training course you booked, you can either arrange to attend another one provided you informed us at least 7 days before the date of the course or a full refund will be issued again provided at least 7 days notice is given. Any shorter period of notice will mean a 50% refund is given.

First Aid Products

If you feel the products purchased from our online store did not meet your expectations please send an email to nick@h4firstaidtraining.co.uk using the email address you used to place your order for the products and a full refund will be issued less any delivery, postage and packaging costs.

Your Statutory Rights: You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day your goods arrive.

Hargreaves First Aid extends your statutory rights from 14 days to a full 30 day period from the day goods are received, as part of our no-nonsense guarantee.
