1. Unless otherwise agreed or stated, all First Aid training courses undertaken by ‘Hargreaves First Aid Training’ are carried out in ‘your’ workplace in a room provided by ‘you’
  2. The Company: ‘Hargreaves First Aid Ltd’ trading as ‘Hargreaves First Aid Training’
  3. All training courses are confirmed in writing by email or post along with a written quotation of the full cost of ‘our’ training services and full details of the booking made by ‘you’
  4. A deposit invoice will be sent to ‘you’ at the time of booking for all training dates over 13 weeks before the course start date. This must be paid within 14 days of the booking date to secure the training course and date with ‘us’.
  5. The remaining balance due following a deposit payment will be issued 4 weeks before the course start date.
  6. Deposits are taken as follows: £15 per person or £60 for corporate bookings.
  7. All courses due to start within 13 weeks of the booking date will be invoiced in full at the time of booking.
  8. All training course invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt unless agreed prior to purchase.
  9. We accept payment by Bank Transfer (BACS) or Cheque.
  10. We accept payment through our shop by credit or debit card using World Pay.
  11. A shipping fee of £2.95 will be applied to all UK orders. EUROPE shipping addresses will be charged a fee of £4.50.
  12. All first aid courses are virtual products therefore no postage and packaging fees will be added.
  13. All items purchased through the shop must be paid for when the order is placed. This includes all training courses purchased online.
  14. All training courses must be paid in full before the agreed start day of the training course unless agreed beforehand.
  15. In all cases, certificates will only be sent out after full payment has been received.
  16. We occasionally accept cash payments on arrival providing this is agreed in advance.
  17. In the event of a complete cancellation of a course from ‘you’ the following will apply in addition to the loss of ‘your’ deposit: 50% of the remaining training cost will be payable by ‘you’ should you cancel within 14 days of the course start date. ‘We’ will always try to offer ‘you’ an alternate date where possible to avoid these charges.
  18. In the event of a course cancellation by ‘us’ we will notify ‘you’ with as much notice as possible. On very extreme occasions including sudden trainer illness or injury we may need to cancel a course at very short notice, sometimes on the day of the course. We will exhaust all other avenues first including finding a replacement trainer before a complete cancellation. We will arrange a new date with you should this be the case or you can opt for a full refund.
  19. No refunds will be made by ‘us’ to ‘you’ for any candidates who fail to show up for a training course. The ‘trainer’ reserves the right to refuse entry to candidates who turn up late for any training course because vital elements of the training could be missed. Any candidate who refuses to carry out any of the practical elements of the course or fails to show competence will not pass the course.
  20. NO additional charges will be incurred by ‘us’ to ‘you’ for payments via our shop.
  21. An additional charge will sometimes apply depending on ‘your’ location and course booked to cover additional expenses including accommodation and travel costs.
  22. All certificates will be posted to ‘you’ by signed for delivery to the address given to ‘us’ by ‘you’. This will usually be the invoice address.
  23. ‘Our’ awarding body for accredited qualifications is Qualsafe Awards. ‘We’ have strict policies and procedures in place, All of which can be seen if requested by ‘you’
  24. All non accredited training courses will be certificated by ‘us’
  25. All prices quoted by ‘us’ are final, and no hidden charges will apply.
